  • Lift kit recommendations

As a new comer to the jeep scene, I have been out on several runs since my purchase. I’m looking to upgrade my 2017 JKU with a 2.5” lift. I plan on running 35’s. I am running Aries aluminum fender flares. This is my daily driver and a weekend warrior. I want to find a reliable kit with a medium price range. What are the advantages to going with long arms vs mid?

    thanks for your time.

I just went to long arms, the improvement in ride quality is incredible.

I went with a 2.5 TeraFlex with shocks and love it. Rides and drives so much better than stock.

I also run the 2.5" Teraflex lift, with the Teraflex shocks.
        Love the ride.

2.5" Teraflex Springs with Bilstein Shocks on our 2017. Been very happy with it.

Thank you to you for your feedback. After reading the replies and questioning others and some more research I decided to go with the Teraflex 2.5” w/shocks. Again thank you for your time and feedback.
