    WOW!, Sorry you are having to go through all that. I have the Jeep nav in my Jeep and haven't been to happy with it either. In my wife's JL, we didn't get the nav but it has Android Auto and we just use Google Maps in it. Works perfect, no map updates ever needed. This is the route I will go in the future.

      I am in the same boat and am just going to get a new head unit with Apple Car Play.

      Garmin can't keep up with Google when it comes to updates with new roads and off road mapping.
