    Mega Run 2019
    UNOFFICIAL LSJC EVENT

    Barnwheel Mountain Recreational Area
    February 28th - March 3rd, 2019

Mega Run 2019 is DFW -TX4WD's 19th annual off road event and competition. The event is comprised of independent wheeling, camping, guided trail runs, competitions, a raffle, a catered BBQ dinner and awards. Mega Run is family friendly and appropriate for rigs of all sizes (except dirt bikes and 4-wheelers) and drivers of all skill levels. The park has primitive camping, showers and bathrooms, or if camping isn't your style, you can stay at any of the park's cabins/bunk houses, or stay at a hotel in town. However, book quickly because rooms sell out fast! This year's Mega Run will be held on March 1st at noon- March 4th at noon at Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area in Gilmer, Texas. Please see the Schedule for specific dates, events and times. Please read below for further details and let us know if you have any questions. We hope to see you in March!

Full Pre-Registered Mega Run Registration includes a T-shirt, event sticker, meal ticket and goodie bag.
    • Passengers are included.
    • Primitive camping and park entry are included.
    • Event registration is for each rig/driver pair.
    • If multiple drivers wish to compete in the same rig and the same event there must be a registration for each driver. (i.e. if you want to drive your rig in the morning on the rock garden and your friend drive it on the obstacle course in the afternoon that is one registration. Whereas, if you both want to drive the same rig on the rock garden that requires a second registration.)
    • Early full registration is $100 and guarantees your merchandise.
      • Registration and/or payment after February 10, 2019 or at the gate is $120 and shirts, stickers, and meal tickets are available while supplies last.

Park Only Mega Run Registration includes entry to the park and primitive camping.
    • Passengers are included.
    • Park only entrants will not compete in the events or participate in the guided trail runs.
    • They will not receive a shirt, sticker, meal ticket or goodie bag.
      • These items can be purchased while supplies last (it is cheaper to just register for the full event if you want these items).
      • Early park only registration is $80 while park only registration and/or payment after February 10, 2019 or at the gate is $100.
