What's better than sharing the love of off roading with your father, or in honor of, on 1,850 acres of pure delight. For those who want to camp, we have found a great option for a large group. We are planning on having prizes to raffle away!
LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERYONE IN ATTENDANCE. PLEASE BE SURE SURE TO ARRIVE IF YOU ARE SIGNED UP!
Timeline:
08:00 - 09:30 - Arrive, air down, disconnect and line up with your respective group.
09:00 - Trail leader meeting inside the pavilion.
09:30 - The run starts & let the fun begin!
12:00 - Lunch, raffle, COLD WATER at the pavilion
13:30 - Afternoon run
17:00/18:00 - Meet back at the pavilion
20:00 - NIGHT RIDE THIS YEAR for those who can stay.

For any new comers the pavilion is on the driver side after you enter the park. You won't miss it.

We have 2 groups convoying to the Father's Day Run at BMRA; one leaves on Friday and the other one Saturday morning leaving at 06:30.
FRIDAY at 12:00 from the Racetrac located on 380/University Dr. Address: 1004 E University Dr, McKinney, TX 75069. We will be on GMRS Channel 21.
SATURDAY MORNING at 0630 from the the Buc-ee's off the 20 headed to Gilmer. Address: 506 I-20, Terrell, TX 75160. Please tune into GMRS Channel 18.

Start morning with Clyde's Ravine (Red on the image provided) - nice long trail with offshoots of other trails. Overall takes about 45mins-1hr to complete and another 45mins-1hr back. Nothing too technicall but some obstacles along the way. If you have time you can take turn on to Sierra Skyview to go to the Scorpion Overlook. Good spot to take a break and head back for lunch.
Afterlunch - Head down to X-Way (Purple on image provided) Rated a 2 - then you can take the off shoot trail called Horseshoe Gulch good easy but steep decline and incline.
Then head to Angry Jeep - rated 2 (green on image provided)

Start with going down Clyde’s Ravine (3) to get to Dewoody (4) and explore trails in that area till lunch you can also get to the Scorpion Overlook and make your way down for lunch.
