I had originally planned on going corporate aviation to fly the sleek fast jets. But the more I met those pilots the more I knew I wouldn't like the clientele they served.

So after discussing it with my bride, and her stating her full support for whatever path I chose, I've decided to aim for Air Attack.

I've met a few who were transitioning aircraft and were stopped at my home field, and these guys bleed epicness. I talked with them about air attack and how I should focus my training. Buckets full of multi time (MEI here I come).

I'll get to travel, do things that most other pilots don't do (like fly to burning places and bomb them until they stop burning). It is seasonal work, but the pay is fantastic and I can fall back on instructor work in the off season.
