car towing dolly

Im wondering if anyone has one available in Great condition to tow a vehicle from Utah. Im not 100% familiar with these and am wondering if they can be towed with out a vehicle on it one way- here to Provo Utah.

I bet you can rent them from U-Haul for a one one trip.
