While I feel this is not mine to share the news, did so as other communication was not coming forth and was getting many questions.
BAERTRAX, a staple of the off roading community was start by Russ Baer (hence BAERTRAX) about 20 years ago. Josh Bertchey bought it from Russ and Tim Welpott / Joey Ely purchased it from Josh. Throughout the time it continued to grow becoming one of the largest off-road fabrication shops in Texas. July 2019 the business was purchased by Mike Neikamp and the doors closed Feb 2021.
